Each time a sponsorship is etablished, the sponsor receives a purchasing coupon of 6 euros, to be deduced of any purchase of minimum 40 euros, out of delivery costs.

SPONSORSHIP : REGULATIONS

1 - OBJECT :

• 1.1 : Terresetmers.com (SARL L.G.M, L.G.M Private Limited Company) whose head office is situated 3, rue de la Grotte, 56400 PLOEMEL, France, sets up a sponsorship programme, exclusively on Internet, in order to promote its activity and dedicated to the Internet users.

• 1.2 : The sponsorship programme is accessible on http://www.terresetmers.com.

• 1.3 : Participating in the sponsorship implies the total acceptation, without restriction, of the hereafter regulations , of the code of ethics in force on Internet, as well as the rules, regulations and more generally all the texts of law in force in France.

2- ALTERATIONS - REGULATIONS :

2-1 : the regulations apply to all the members wishing to profit from the advantages and obligations in link with the sponsorship.

2-2 : Terresetmers.com reserves the right to revise or make changes to these regulations, at any time during the sponsorship programme, without obligation to notify or justify to any person, and shall in no circumstances be liable for it. Terresetmers.com more specifically reserves the right to alter the period of validity of the sponsorship programme, for any reason whatsoever.

2.3 : Any change to the regulations will be notified on-line on the website, and will be enforced from the very moment of its being set forth on-line, and all the sponsors and sponsored  will be considered as having accepted it, from their participating in the sponsorship, from the same date on.

 Any member refusing any change will not be considered as a member of the sponsorship anymore, and will therefore be denied the right to profit from its advantages.

2.4 :  Terresetmers.com reserves the right, to interrupt the sponsorship programme at any moment ; in no event, will Terresetmers.com be liable for it, and neither the sponsors not the sponsored  may claim for any compensation of any sort.

2.5 : Terresetmers.com reserves the right to cancel a sponsorship in case of fraud, or suspicion of fraud. The sponsor and the sponsored person will be kept informed by mail. Consequently, both of them will be denied the right to benefit from  the sponsorship.

2.6 : Shall the sponsor or the sponsored  be defective, terresetmers.com reserves the right to exclude both of them from the sponsorship, without their being allowed to claim for whatsoever. This rule also applies to any member.

3- PARTICIPATION :

3.1 : Who can participate ? Within which limits ?

Can participate in the sponsorship programme any person physically of age, entitled with a postal address in use in the delivery zones covered by Terresetmers.com. The list can be checked on the website : http://www.terresetmers.com clicking on SERVICES-DELIVERIES (services-livraisons).

The sponsorship offer is limited to one per household, which means that one person cannot sponsor someone else in one's own household.

Any attempt of fraud will cancel the advantages brought by the sponsorship offer.

3.2 : How to participate ?

The participation in the sponsorship programme can only be registered on http://www.terresetmers.com.

A sponsor must be an active client of the website terresetmers.com.

Any member can become a sponsor, who fills in the sponsorship document, by completing the electronic addresses of the Internet users one wants to sponsor : these users  will be informed by a mail including a code identifying the sponsor.

The sponsorship will be effective as soon as a sponsored  subscribes, and buys at least one product on the site.

The sponsored  must be new to the site, and not be a registered member.

 The concerned sponsor will be informed by mail each time a sponsorship is established in his favour. A sponsor cannot sponsor himself, cannot sponsor several times the same person, cannot sponsor a person who is already registered as a member of the site.

Terresetmers.com reserves the right to check the identity of the winners and their sponsored,  to exclude from the programme any person whose behaviour  would  not respect the conditions of the sponsorship programme.

Both the sponsor and the sponsored will be kept informed of the exclusion by mail.

4 - ADVANTAGES FOR THE SPONSOR :

Each time a sponsorship is established, the sponsor recieves  a purchasing coupon of 6 euros, to be deduced of any purchase of minimum 40 euros, out of delivery costs.

These coupons will be nominal, for the exclusive use of the sponsor.

Terresetmers.com reserves the right to change the terms of the sponsorship (duration, amount), or to change the advantages  of  the sponsorship programme, or to cancel them, at any time, and without notice.

Any change will be enforced with immediate effect, and checkable on-line.

All the members accept to pay any costs, charges, expenses, taxes of any nature whatsoever, due to the enforced regulations. Terresetmers.com shall in no event be liable for them.

 5 - LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

Participating in the sponsorship programme implies to know and to accept the characteristics and limits of Internet, and more precisely those concerning its technical performances : delay of answer, transfer of information, risks inherent to any connection and transmission via Internet.

As a consequence, in no event shall Terresetmers.com be responsible for any consequential or accidental event that may occur in such as ( this list not being exhaustive) :

• - the transmission or reception of any data or piece of information on Internet ;
• - any problems on the Internet that may hinder or prevent communication, and the sponsorship ;
• - the loss of paper or electronic mail, and more generally the loss of any data ;
• - any delivery defects ;
• - the consequences of viruses, computer bugs, technical breakdowns ;
• - any damage caused to the computer of an Internet user ;
• - any technical, material or software breakdown of any sort, hindering or preventing the participation in the sponsorship, or altering the computer of an Internet user.

In no event shall Terresetmers.com be responsible for any direct or indirect breakdown or damage due to an interruption, a problem of any sort, or any direct or indirect breakdown that may occur due to a connection to the site.

All Internet users must ensure that  their own data and/or softwares are protected and safe. Any connection to terresetmers.com is under their sole and entire responsibility.

6 - BY WAY OF PROOF :

6.1 : Apart from a clear evidence of fault of  its own, Terresetmers.com may use, as a proof of any act fact or omission, any programmes, data, files, tapes, and other elements (such as follow-up reports),   under  electronic formats set up, received and filed directly or indirectly by Terresetmers.com.

6.2 : The sponsors and sponsored  accept not to contest the admissibility , validity as a proof of the above mentioned elements, on the ground that any document might be signed by both parts to be admissible. Therefore, the above mentioned elements will be considered as a proof, and admissible in court, if produced by Terresetmers.com, as such. They will be accepted the same way, in the same conditions, with the same value as written documents.

7 - PERSONAL INFORMATION :

Terresetmers.com engages itself not to use, sell or share any of its files with other companies. The names and electronic addresses will only be kept on its customers' registration documents.

The addresses and personal information concerning the customers will be used as stated in the "Informatique et Libertés" Law of January 6. 1978, or any law that may replace or complete it.

8 - INTERPRETATION :

The here-enclosed regulations are enforced by the French Law.
